Flexibility of Pitch Detection/Calibration:

The CA-50 features a wide range of pitch-detection range register - from the A0 octave (27.50 Hz) through the high C8 octave (4186.01 Hz).

Intonation adjustments:

The calibration function also supports a variety of concert pitches: It can be adjusted in 1-Hz units in the range 410-480 Hz.
The meter scale indicates the pitch adjustment needed to create "pure" major and minor third intervals.

Reference Tones:

The "Sound Out" mode lets you listen to a reference tone in the range between C4 and C5 emitted by the internal speaker, allowing the musician to tune by ear.

Dramatic increase in Battery Life:

This tuner can be used up to 135 hours. When the remaining battery capacity runs low, the display shows an indicator, letting you know that it's time to replace the batteries.
