The String Basics Performance Ensembles series features flexibly scored original and arranged works specifically designed for small chamber-sized ensembles to large string orchestras. Each instrument book includes an A, B, and C part with allows for creative part assignemnts based on the make up of the group. For example, a violin trio can use this book just as well as a string octet with any combination of instruments, or a 50-member traditional string orchestra.
